Your Impact

 

To deliver on our noble mission to further grow our Advertiser Success Team by specializing on Account Management and Support. As an Advertiser Success Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring client request and provide custom solutions. Within our growing organization, you will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of the advertising industry and become part of one of the leading Ad-Tech & Programmatic Advertising companies in EMEA. The Advertiser Success Team helps and trains advertisers achieve their goals and make the most out of their campaigns.

The successful candidate will be based in Patras, Greece.

Key Responsibilities

 

  •  Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new advertising clients.
  •  Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients on how to effectively use the advertising platform.
  • Ensure that clients understand the features, functionalities, and best practices to optimize their advertising campaigns.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
  •  Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review performance metrics, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  •  Collaborate with clients to develop strategic advertising plans tailored to their specific goals and target audience.
  •  Analyze client advertising campaigns to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  •  Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign performance and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  •  Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and objectives.
  •  Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding client accounts and increasing revenue.

 

We’re looking for someone who

 

  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or another related field. Master would be considered a plus.
  •  Has fully developed Customer Service Skills.
  •  Provides a strong business acumen to understand the business challenges that our solutions address.
  •  Can prioritize and deliver within strict deadlines.
  •  Has excellent communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  •  Prioritizes features & solutions according to value & effort, in collaboration with Product and Business departments.
  •  Can be a voracious learner, having the desire and ability to become a deep expert in hundreds of use cases across multiple products.
