We are seeking motivated and collaborative individuals to contribute to the dissemination and communication activities, including content creation for communication material (brochures, press releases, articles, newsletters), video editing, website & social media pages, of technology-oriented research projects (aviation & space domains).

Responsibilities:

• Become an active member of the Dissemination & Communication team, promoting technology-oriented projects and their results.
• Implement tailored communication and dissemination strategies.
• Translate complex content into strong and understandable messaging targeted to relevant audiences (in English).
• Content creation for printed and digital communication material, videos, projects’ websites, and social media pages.
• Social media administration.
• Support in project management including administrative tasks, compiling reports and deliverables and curating content.

Qualifications:

• Higher education degree (BSC, BA, BEng) [MSc or PhD will be considered a plus].
• Previous experience on EU framework programmes (FP7, H2020 etc.) will be considered a plus.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills in English.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, MS Office and other web-based tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Graphic design (Adobe Suite, InDesign, or equivalent tools) and video editing skills will be considered an asset.
• Availability and willingness to travel abroad for project meetings.
