About the role

We are in search of a diligent IT Administration Specialist  who will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless tech operations and unwavering business continuity. Our ideal candidate will not only be entrusted with maintaining the highest level of security but also driving full compliance with security requirements.

Indicatively, the responsibilities would include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining networks, servers and technology tools
  • Upgrading, installing, and configuring hardware and software to meet company objectives
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues (3cx Voip Administration, creating users, changing call routing, etc.)
  • Handling, upgrading, supervising & problem solving the networks of our offices and our Freshdesk ticketing system
  • Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
  • Creating user accounts and performing access control
  • Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data
  • Building an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
  • Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration

Requirements

The ideal candidate would possess:

  • At least 1 or 2 years of experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
  • Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Experience in hardware architecture in order to diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Keen knowledge of voip administration (users and extensions administrations, managing SIP trunks, inbound/outbound rules, IVR handling)
  • Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Good organizational, and time management skills
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery is a plus
  • Microsoft and Google Services Administration
  • Knowledge of various tech administration tools is a plus
  • ‌Excellent command of English language
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for providing excellent service and “get things done” mentality and approach
  • Professional certifications would be a plus
