We are a small company  that produce, install and operate measurement systems and software for the shipping industry. Our systems are operating on hundreds of vessels and many shipping companies, including some of the major ones.

We are looking for a System Engineer with IT and Electrical skills to assist the following tasks:

• System administration
  
  • Commissioning
  • Support
  • Troubleshooting
• System integration
  
  • Preparation of installation instructions based on vessel electrical drawings
  • Assembly and configuration of system components

Required skills:

• University degree in IT, electrical, electronic, automation engineering  or similar
• Fluency in written English

Good to have:

• Experience in the maritime sector
• Experience in LabView
• Understanding of network concepts and related protocols
• Experience in relational databases
• Knowledge in measurement technology (e.g. keywords: 4-20mA, pulse, modbus, PT-100, NMEA)
• CAD
