To further support our growth, we are expanding our teams and we are seeking to recruit, Athens based:

Junior Product – New Energy Services Specialist

The role will:

• identify, understand and predict consumer needs in regard to new energy services such as Net Metering and / or Energy Battery products

• translate trends and needs into a product strategy; create detailed requirements, prototypes and wireframes for new products 

• participates in the processes of all products lifecycles for the New Energy Services, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, reporting, positioning

• develop the Service / product roadmap & requirements, monitor testing focusing on potential improvements and prepares its launch         

• track business performance metrics of customer insight products and make recommendations on the commercial feasibility of the product concepts; identifies key risks

• work closely with Customer Experience and other related teams to ensure customer satisfaction and Legal issues

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering Science, or related technical degree

• Master’s Degree in one of the above-mentioned fields is well regarded

• Acquaintance with programming languages and Database tools (Python, Java, PL/Sql)

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite

• Attention to detail and effective negotiation skills 

• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in both Greek and English

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Work equally well independently or as part of team
