About the Role

As a NOC Engineer, you will be part of a motivated team whose goal is to ensure our customers’ access networks are secure and operational. You will need to be comfortable being part of the first line operation team and complying with defined procedures. Finally, this role includes 24*7 coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Closely monitor customers’ networks and systems equipment
• Respond promptly to alarms, diagnose and resolve faults effectively
• Investigate and troubleshoot incidents
• Implement customer change requests
• Collaborate with internal support teams and vendors to resolve complex issues
• Carry out routine network performance checks and maintenance tasks
• Maintain documentation and network inventory records

Qualifications and Work Experience

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Networks, or relevant field
• Solid knowledge of protocols such as ARP, OSPF, BGP, NAT
• Good understanding of services such as IPVPN, MPLS, SDWAN
• CCNA will be considered a plus
• Familiar with NMS tools will be considered a plus
• Proficient in English and Greek
