Our UniQue Customer Interactive Management team is growing and we are looking for a Software Engineer to join us.
More specifically, you will be involved in the following tasks:
• Participate in Genesys CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) projects (voice and digital/social channels)
• Develop IVR (Interactive Voice Response) Applications
• Design, implement and maintain software applications, mostly in Java, to meet clients’ requirements.
• Provide complementary solutions to Genesys CTI solution
• Attend client meetings in order to define the desired deliverables
• Create documentation of his/her deliverables
• Ensure that the time frames for the delivery of the project are met
• Provide support and troubleshooting in existing deployments
• Ensure the resolution of issues in projects that have already been delivered
• Coach and guide colleagues in technical related issues
Qualifications
• University/College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
• Java knowledge along with J2EE familiarity (XML, Web Services, SOAP, JPA, JDBC).
• PHP knowledge
• Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, MSSQL)
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS
• Familiarity with Telephony aspects and Genesys CTI would a very strong asset
• Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
• Flexibility/availability to travel abroad
• Genuine interest in exploring and working with new technologies
