About the Role:
We are expanding our Technical Support team in Athens and Patra and we are seeking a motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team with the following responsibilities:
- Provide expert technical assistance and support to end-users
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues, providing effective solutions to clients
- Advice and train users on software use
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics or a related field
- Knowledge of Databases (Microsoft SQL Server) will be considered as an asset
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM or other software is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
