The Artificial Intelligence and Information Analysis Laboratory (AIIA Lab, AIIA.CVML R&D group) of the School of Informatics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (AUTH) has two open postdoctoral research positions. The interested applicant must have strong theoretical and/or applied background and very good publication record in machine learning and computer vision, with an emphasis on deep learning. Potential (not exclusive) application domains include robotics/autonomous systems, natural disaster management and industrial inspection. The candidates may work on scientific and technical project administration (if so agreed). Very competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications
- PhD degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Computer Engineering.
* Specialization in machine learning and/or computer vision are desirable.
* Very good publication record.
* Good programming (C++, Python) and theoretical/math skills.
- Good English writing skills.
* These qualifications are mandatory for research work, and desirable for scientific technical project administration.
